Frozen ChalkStream Trout

Consumers are looking to stock up, and foodservice is looking for predictability on cost and supply. 

Frozen portions of ChalkStream Trout answers both needs. The ruby-red flesh has a well-balanced fat content, and a clean flavor. It’s great for both raw and cooked applications.

For lunch menus, appetizers, and buffets. Great on salads and noodle bowls, and in tacos and sandwiches. Raw, it’s perfect for crudo, ceviche, and poke.

Portions: 4.5 oz. skin-on IVP portions, 64 per case (fixed), 18 lbs
