Averøy Island, on the northwest coast of Norway, sits at the entrance to The Great Atlantic Road, nine miles of the most startlingly beautiful coastline in Norway. Averøy is a community of just over 5,000 people with a long tradition of fishing, and halibut has been the prized fish from it’s waters.
